Returns Policy
What can I return?
Due to the nature of hair extensions and for hygene reasons products may only be returned if there is an initial problem on product arrival.
We do not accept returns for hauir extensions which have already been used.
How long do I have to do so?
Our 30 day guarantee means that you have 30 days from the receipt of the original delivery. Unfortunately returns for non-faulty items cannot be accepted after 30 days have passed.
How much?
The return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How will I be reimbursed?
We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
